Yavapai County Long Term Care (YCLTC) provides the members of the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) with excellent, inexpensive healthcare services.

ALTCS is Arizona’s version of the Medicaid Program for Long Term or Extended Care.
The Long Term Care Division’s clients include elderly, physically disabled, and choronically ill individuals eligible for service under the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS).
Services for clients include nursing facility care or assisted home and community based care.
Medical services include physician services, pharmacy, hospitalization, and durable medical equipment as needed.
