The Story of Our Lives
When we buy a home for ourselves or our family, it’s an experience that goes far beyond the process of searching and finding the right piece of real estate.
It’s more then just the square footage of a structure and the acrage of the lot or the number of beds and baths. And it’s more then a period of offers and counter-offers.
It goes beyond the process of escrow and all of preparation and submission of paperwork involved. And it continues long after the day we are handed the keys and a short stack of documents in a manilla folder that contain our copy of the paperwork makes the deal ‘official’.
Here begins the story of the place we call home. To some of us it’s our castle, to others it’s our private getaway and retreat. It’s the place we call home to share with loved ones. It’s the place we’ll watch our children grow. To some of us it will be our own place, and we’ll decorate and keep house the way we want.
It’s the center point from where we’ll carry out the average or seemingly ordinary tasks of day to day life, and yet it’s the place we also can experience the extraordinary.
So it’s important that you discover and learn as much as you can about this place you’ll call home — far beyond the reaches of property lines and easements.
And hopefully we can help you find answers to the questions, and offer insights for your consideration that you might not remember as you go through the process of purchasing your home with us, your neighbors here in Prescott
